What we do
We receive the events your services emit through the recorder you install, keep them for the retention on your plan and the policy set for each service, and let you replay, diff and bisect any window of them. We do not read your events except when you ask us to look at one with you.
Availability
The ingest endpoint is committed to 99.9 per cent in a calendar month, measured at our edge and published monthly. If we miss it, the following month is free and you do not have to ask. Scheduled maintenance is announced seven days ahead and never removes ingest, only the app.
Your data
Events are held in the region you choose at sign-up and are not copied out of it. Closing an account purges everything within one hour, and you can export first in one call.
What we will not do
We will not train anything on your events, sell them, or use them as an example. We will not keep a service's events after you set its policy to none, and we will not raise a price during a paid month.
Ending it
Free and Team have no notice period and no contract term: cancel and the account runs to the end of the month you paid for. Enterprise terms are in your order form.
