This website
When you write to us or sign up, we collect your name, work email, company and what you tell us in the message. We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
Events our customers record
For recorded events we act as a processor for our customer. Events are held in the region the customer chose, for the retention the customer set, and are never used to train models or sold. Fields a customer lists for redaction are dropped inside their process and never reach us.
How long we keep it
Account records for the life of the account plus six years for tax purposes. Recorded events for the retention on the customer's plan, and purged within one hour of an account closing.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
